What's the story?

Buster Fetcher was born from a simple yet powerful idea: to help businesses recover shipping costs on delayed deliveries—a service often overlooked but readily available. It all began when our founders, Matt and Suzie, discovered that Canada Post offers refunds for late deliveries.

Facing the same shipping challenges as thousands of other businesses, they recognized this opportunity as an effective way to reduce costs. After months of development, they launched a platform in 2018 designed to simplify the claims process with various carriers

Today, Buster Fetcher helps thousands of businesses across USA and Canada recover up to 20%—and in some cases, even as much as 57%—of their shipping costs, turning delays into savings.

2017 • April

Aha! Moment

This was the first time we realized that 20% of our shipments were delivered later than promised by our shipping carrier, which made us eligible for refunds. This insight sparked the idea for Buster Fetcher.

2017 • June

The Beginning

We started developing Buster Fetcher to help other businesses secure refunds for late-delivered parcels. Few companies, then and even now, know about this simple way to reduce shipping costs.

2018 • January

First Clients

On January 2, 2018, we launched the platform to the public, and within days, retail chains began subscribing and receiving thousands of dollars in refunds from their carriers right from the start.

2021 • December

Reached 1,000 Clients

The pandemic wasn’t over when we reached the memorable milestone of 1,000 clients. Despite delivery guarantees not yet being fully reinstated, we developed new tools aimed at continuously reducing our clients' shipping costs.

2024 • August

Building New Products

With the help of several major clients, we began developing new products designed to help businesses save on shipping costs, regardless of the carrier. These new products will be available in the first half of 2025.
